Middle of the year, already? Are your goals on track?
The middle of the year is one of those milestones where I check-in with clients to see if they have made the progress they were anticipating for the goals they set at the beginning of the year. Of course, goal setting can and does happen all year long. But many times clients will set New Year goals beginning in January.
This annual goal setting lends itself well to developing weekly, monthly and quarterly checks to review and revise the goal setting Action-Plan as needed. With consistent monitoring, it’s easy to see the progress towards the goal along the way and make adjustments to stay on track.
So, now might be a good time for you to review your long term goals. We are half way through the year. How well are you progressing towards your goals? Are you on track and well on your way to reaching your goals? Or is it time to review and revise.
