New Month, New Focus.
Did you miss me on Wednesday? If you pay attention to the day that this newsletter comes out you may have noticed that I am late. My apologies, I am in Maui this week and didn’t get a chance to write this issue before I left. So, here it is better late than never.
It’s June and so it’s time for a new topic. And, I think this is a perfect opportunity to talk about Lifestyle? Why? Because, the messages that I share with you in this newsletter are about lifestyle.
“In sociology, a lifestyle is the way a person lives. … The behaviors and practices within lifestyles are a mixture of habits, conventional ways of doing things, and reasoned actions.” – Wikipedia
Isn’t that great? Our lifestyle is the result of our conventional ways of doing things and habits! Why great? Because we can control the habits we choose to live by. We can create habits that improve our lifestyle and eliminate the ones don’t.
So, what habits make up your current lifestyle? Are there any you want to change? In the next few weeks, we’ll talk more about how habits can help you to create the lifestyle you want.
