Step 6: Review your plan at least 3-times each day.

Keep your goals; In-your-Sight, and In-your-Mind.
• Make copies of your goal plan and post them where you can see them.
• Put a BIG note for a weekly review on your calendar.
• Ask your friends to ask you how things are going.
