What does a life of balance mean to you?
-Finding time for your career, and time for your family?
-Socializing with friends and enjoying time alone for yourself?
-Keeping a healthy body and enjoying the amazing tastes in life?
We all have our definitions of balance. During the month of September let’s explore what that means and how you can create the balance that works best for you and your life.
First, I want you to take a moment and think about your life. Do you feel hurried, scattered, unfocused? Or, do you comfortably move from activity to activity with ease and serenity.
