What are the habits that support your lifestyle?
Let me share a few of mine.

Lifestyle area: Good Health
Habit: I walk around my block three-four times each week.

Lifestyle area: Great Relationships
Habit: I set time aside every Monday to make contact with my closest friends.

Lifestyle area: Positive Mental Attitude
Habit: I read at least one inspiring quote every day.
