Do your goal setting efforts end in a bang or a fizzle?
As I was contemplating my Fourth of July message, it occurred to me that a firecracker is a Great metaphor for goal achievement.
You set the charge, light the fuse, and wait for the big exciting bang! Unless it fizzles out and nothing happens.
