– Oops! This post is out of order. But, no worries it still works…
Last time I shared an idea for getting on track using the acronym, FOCUS as a tip. The first letter, “F” is to emphasis the importance of keeping your eye on the goal.
One way to accomplish this is by setting up frequent reviews along the way. It doesn’t have to be anything more complicated than writing your goal on a 3 x 5 card and keeping it in your pocket or purse. Every time that you look inside, you’ll get a fresh reminder.
Strive for the opposite of out of sight-out of mind; always keep your goal in your sight and in your mind!
“The mind is a dutiful servant and will follow the instructions we give it.”
