Goal setting is fine, but if you don’t track your progress, how will you know if you’re heading in the right direction?Keeping track of how you’re doing every day is a Great way to identify your successes and celebrate them. It’s also a Great way to check your goal setting plan and adjust as needed.
I recommend that my clients have a written Action-Plan and that they refer to it every day. We find this helps to keep them focused, motivation and moving forward.
