Step 4: Commit to a specific schedule.
It is important that you know when and how much time you will spend working towards your goal each week. It allows you to plan your activities for self improvement right along side the other things that are important to you in your life.
When you have a set schedule…
• The commitment will support the consistency.
• Others will know what is important to you and help.
• It reinforces new patterns that you are developing for change.
