I really enjoy this time of year, and Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.
According to tradition, the Pilgrims decided to have a celebration of their first harvest in the new world. Over time, the holiday became a day for reflection and appreciation for all of the wonderful things in our lives.
I particularly enjoy that the holiday comes towards the end of the year. I find it a perfect time to think back on the current year and look forward to the new year ahead.
I’m sure that you can think of many things to be thankful for from 2009. And, what about 2010? What are you looking forward to that you will be giving thanks for next November?
• A healthier lifestyle?
• Stronger relationships?
• An incredible career or business?
Let’s give thanks for all the wonderful opportunities that we received in 2009 and look forward to the exciting possibilities we will find in 2010.
I wish for you all the success that you strive to achieve.
Sincerely,
Edward Aldama, MBA
