Who Do You Appreciate?
I’ve been doing a lot of coaching work with clients on gratitude lately. It reminds me of the cheer we used to do during athletic events in middle school. Two, four, six, eight, who do we appreciate? Our team, our team, hooray!

CheerSquad Gratitude and appreciation are very similar. Feeling grateful about the wonderful things and people in our lives can give us a very special feeling inside. But appreciation gives us the opportunity to extend that grateful feeling outward to others who contribute to the joy and happiness in our lives.

Today would be a Great day to show our appreciation for the people in our lives. Our family, friends, colleagues, and even the friendly checkout person at the grocery store who reminds us to get ice. Oh, and come to think of it, tomorrow would be a Great day for that too.

Two, four, six, eight. Who do I appreciate? You!!!
