Sound familiar?

We’ve all been there. We come up with a Great idea, put the perfect plan together and then stall. We find some good reason not to follow through. But of course we all know, without the action, the plan is useless.

As I think back about the clients I have worked with over the years, I often wonder what the biggest benefit was they received from the coaching process. –My thought, accountability.
Growth
Here’s an excerpt from another coach’s blog that I feel expresses the idea.

“Practically ALL my coaching clients state this as their number one benefit of having a coach. It’s someone outside your normal support group, someone impartial who keeps you ‘on track’ and asks you all those pesky soul searching questions you don’t want to ask yourself. My job is to keep you accountable so that you do what you say you are going to and to achieve what you say you want to.” -Lyn Burgess Magic Key Blog

So, what do you think? What was the number one benefit you received from working with a coach?
Sincerely,
