If you’re a regular reader then you know how much importance I put on a written goal setting plan. During our Monday Morning Mastermind today we shared marketing activities and updates on projects.

This of course led to a discussion on the importance of a written plan with goals and marketing/sales targets.

As a challenge to accountability the members were encouraged to share their business plans and how they track weekly targets and results.
