Clarity is important to goal setting success.

Have you ever ordered a pizza without telling the counter person what toppings you wanted on it? If you are going topizza get a pizza, you have to tell them which toppings you want. Otherwise you might end up with a plain cheese pizza.

Goal setting for goal achievement success is no different.

If you say your goal is to have a new job but you are not clear on exactly what that job will be like, chances are you won’t be much better off than you are now.

But if you take the time to describe exactly the specifics of a job that gets you excited and motivated, your chances of finding that job shoot up.

The same is true with every goal. The more clarity you put into goal setting the better the odds you will get what you ordered.
